Krishna Iyer Hariharan, FCA
Founding and Managing Partner
Krishna Iyer Hariharan, the founding and managing partner of K. Hariharan & Co., brings over four decades of expertise in systems, audits, corporate law, taxation, finance, and accounting. After a successful tenure at Price Waterhouse, he established his own firm in 1986, working with numerous listed companies and honing a broad spectrum of professional skills.
Today, Hariharan is a leading expert in tax litigation, regularly appearing before tax Tribunals and providing in-depth clarity on complex taxation matters through his written opinions. Known for his meticulous approach and sharp insights, Hariharan is a trusted advisor to many clients mostly from the US, Japan, UK and Germany.
Beyond his professional life, Hari (as he is fondly known) is passionate about reading, research, literature, spirituality, and classical Indian music.
Krishnan Hariharan, FCA
Partner
Krish, following a rich family tradition of Chartered Accountants, qualified in 2008 and is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He leads the tax compliance, certification, and representation practice at K. Hariharan & Co. With a broad client base ranging from individuals and small business owners to large corporates, Krish has developed extensive expertise in tax representation, due diligence, legal opinions, and tax policy updates, consistently delivering actionable insights.
An avid writer, Krish contributes tax content to various publications and collaborates with trainers to deliver educational sessions on finance and taxation.
In his spare time, Krish enjoys traveling, researching management concepts, and exploring new technologies. He is also a cricket and tennis enthusiast, and an avid follower of the latest OTT content.
